PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is issuing Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) to obtain water sample analysis services for drinking water, raw water, swimming water, wastewater, water treatment plant sludge, soil and contaminated water for the Department of National Defence (DND) at Valcartier (Military Base), Quebec Canada, as detailed in Annex “Statement of Work”.
