The Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport, acting by and through its Board of Airport Commissioners and the City of Burlington’s City Council, hereby requests proposals from all interested and qualified proponents for Stormwater Permit Management Services for Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport). It is the intent of the City to execute a contract for a duration of five years. This contract will apply for the period expected to begin January 1, 2026 and terminating June 30, 2031.
