As the current RGRC operating agreement approaches expiration, NSGC seeks to identify and procure a service provider who will be responsible for the staffing, management and day-to-day operation of the RGRC for a three-year term with the possibility of a two-year extension. The successful proponent will ensure the delivery of all programs and services align with NSGC’s Healthy Play strategic goals.
The successful proponent will clearly demonstrate its ability to create annual budgets and operating tactics, recruit, retain and manage staff and develop programs and initiatives that promote healthy play and gambling literacy for patrons and staff at both CNS properties.
The successful proponent will manage the RGRCs, fulfilling responsibilities detailed in Attachment A: Scope of Work, which outlines the expectations for operations, staff qualifications, service delivery, and vendor collaboration with NSGC and casino staff.
