Project Description: Capital Region Water will receive sealed bids via the online PennBid Procurement Portal https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/, for electronic proposals (RFP) from qualified professional consultant firms with expertise in designing sanitary sewer utilities until 2:00 P.M. on February 13, 2026. A mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M. on January 21, 2026, in the Conference Center at the office of the Owner.
