Description:
City of Charleston is soliciting bids for 4 parking garages. Scope includes limited ADA improvements, concrete crack and spalling repairs, joint repairs, restroom improvements, elevator cab finishes, HVAC, Electrical and miscellaneous painting, etc. Contractors may obtain a copy of the bid package at www.aeplanroom.com no earlier than July 28, 2025. Sealed bids will be received until August 28, 2025 at 2:00 pm, at which time they will be publicly opening at 823 Meeting St.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 823 Meeting St, 2nd floor Conference Room A, Charleston, SC 29403 on August 14, 2025 at 10:00 am.
