Description:

The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified professional contractors to provide sediment removal & comprehensive inspection services for two (2) potable water storage tanks and two (2) clearwells within the City of Steamboat Springs public drinking water distribution system.  This work is required in order for the City maintain compliance with the Colorado Department of Health & Environment (CDPHE) Section 11.28 Storage Tank Rule Regulation No. 11 (5 CCR 1002-11).  The Contractor will be responsible for completing all work in strict accordance with the Storage Tank Rule and providing all deliverables required for compliance.   It is expected that all work shall be completed while the tanks/clearwells are full and in operation.
