Town of Montverde, FL invites sealed Bids for Septic to Individual Distributed Wastewater Treatment (DWTS) or other similar systems approved as public utility by FDEP. The bid includes clearing and grubbing, abandonment and replacement of up to 150 existing traditional septic systems with individual distributed wastewater treatment systems on homeowner lots and non-residential properties, operation, full maintenance of the system, the use Best Management Practices (BMPs), revegetation; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work in accordance with the Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the stipulations in the bid documents.
