The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the Root Control Program. This is a one year contract with two possible one year renewals
The purpose of the program is to apply chemical root control agent to sanitary sewers, to kill the root growth present in the lines and to inhibit re-growth, and without permanently damaging the vegetation producing the roots or damaging any equipment or sewage treatment processes. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
