The highest rated proposal that is compliant with the specifications will be awarded the contract. The firm must supply all information required by the RFQ. The City reserves the right to waive any informality and minor irregularities in the submittals.

Interested firms are to deliver or send submittals of their bid by 2:00 PM, local time, Thursday July 9, 2026 to the City Clerk's office at City Hall, 717 W. Main St., Safford, AZ 85546.
