City of Sevierville, Tennessee (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Collier Drive Forcemain Improvements

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Sevierville, Tennessee, located at 120 Gary Wade Blvd, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862, until Tuesday, October 20th, 2026, at 2:00 PM, local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids must be submitted on the complete Project and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the City of Sevierville, 120 Gary Wade Blvd, Sevierville, TN 37862 or P.O. Box 5500, Sevierville, TN 37864-5500. Outside of the envelope must be marked “Bid for Collier Drive Forcemain Improvements”. Envelope must also bear on the outside, the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s address, and Bidder’s license number with expiration date (please refer to Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders). All Bids must be made on blank forms provided and included in the bound document or as provided by Addendum prior to Bid.
The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and performing all Work required to construct complete, in place, and ready to operate the following:
1.
Approximately 1,700 LF of 6-inch force main sewer.
a.
Approximately 700 LF shall be installed trenchless by Horizontal Directional Drilling.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be Unit Prices basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. The Project has an expected duration of one hundred fifty (150) days to substantial completion.

All official notifications will be offered only through the designated website. Addenda notification will be sent to those buying full sets from Duncan Parnell via the Bid Room. The costs of Bidding Documents and shipping are non-refundable. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for copies of the Bidding Documents obtained from sources other than Duncan Parnell. The Owner hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be afforded full opportunity to submit Bids in response to this advertisement and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an Award.
No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The Successful Bidder shall comply with the Department of Labor Safety and Health Regulations for construction promulgated under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (PL91-596) and under Section 107 of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (PL91-54), or latest revisions.
