QTY: 4,000 Size: 9"w x 11-1/2"h Ink: CMYK + UV spot gloss varnish with bleeds (front only) (5/0) Stock: 80# Gloss Cover Finishing: Die-Trim around image Bindery: Mount on 50 pt chipboard; Apply double wing easel to back side – making sure that adhesive being used will not fail due to elements and can be opened accordingly Package: Bundles or boxed in 50 or 100; Each Box not to weigh more than 40 lbs. Overnight or hand deliver 1 Proof of each project to: WI Lottery, Attn: Kim Welsch, 2135 Rimrock Rd, Madison, WI 53713; keep 1 proof of each project with vendor so Lottery will not need to send proof approval back to vendor.
