	Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday June 2, 2026 at the Purchasing Office, City Hall, 135 E. Maumee Street, Adrian, Michigan 49221, for the Removal and Replacement of the Digester Boiler Vent Stack at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 

Scope of work
Demolition, abatement, & proper disposal of existing stack
Provide and install boiler manufacturer approved vent stack

Bidder is responsible for sourcing the correct materials, verifying compatibility with existing equipment, proper abatement of stack removal, and proper disposal of existing stack.

Removal and instillation to be completed within 10 days of demo start date.

	If the successful bidder, we will complete work within _______calendar days after official opening of bids.

	
All bids must contain descriptive literature on the equipment being bid.  Any deviations from specifications must be so noted.  Warranty information must also be included. Destination fees, title and all other document fees must be included in the bid price.

	All bids must be F.O.B. Adrian, Michigan.

	All bids must be form for not less than 45 days after official opening of bids.

	The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
