Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East, Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for scheduled/preventative and unscheduled maintenance functions to support 2d Marine Air Wing’s government-owned ground support utility vehicles. The duration of this requirement will be for a base period and two (2) twelve-month option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract for this requirement. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811111. The title of the associated NAICS is General Automotive Repair. The Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $9 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services).
This Pre-Solicitation notice is not a request for quotes. The coming solicitation, M67001-25-Q-0015, will be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at www.Sam.gov. The Government will inform all interested parties who reply to this notice, when the coming solicitation is posted. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov.
Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code) and be registered with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www.piee.eb.mil.
