The Town of Deep River is seeking a consultant to assist the town in conducting research, analysis, and engagement related to affordable housing in furtherance of the goals and objectives of its Affordable Housing Plan adopted pursuant to Section 8-30j of the Connecticut General Statute. Project Description In order to lay the foundation for regulatory changes and development partnerships, the town would like assistance in researching and understanding its most pressing housing needs based on demographic and housing conditions, evaluating the most appropriate locations for future housing development, and engaging the public to understand and build support for location and vision preferences.
