Description
The Digital Transformation Office (DTO), part of the Canadian Digital Service Branch at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), is seeking to establish a new contract under TBIPS Tier I. This task-based contract will engage IT professional services to support the ongoing digital transformation of Canada.ca.
The contract will outline specific tasks and deliverables, including performance tracking and alignment with Government of Canada digital standards. The objective is to enhance user experience, streamline digital services, and strengthen product management across departments.
DTO intends to engage up to five (5) qualified Senior IT Architects under TBIPS Category I.5 – Senior IT Architect. These resources will support targeted improvements to Canada.ca, ensuring continuity and accelerating progress on high-priority digital initiatives.

Scope of Work:
• Canada.ca Guidance: Enhance design and content standards.
• End-User Digital Services: Lead cross-departmental design efforts.
• CDS Products & Services: Architect and co-develop digital tools for departments.
Key Deliverables:
• Guidance: Specifications, usability reports, engagement materials.
• Digital Services: Workshops, prototypes, UX research, delivery reports.
• CDS Products: Roadmaps, architecture packages, onboarding kits, and dashboards
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
