The City of Danville seeks submittals of qualifications from firms interested in phase 1 engineering.
The selected consultant will produce the requested phase 1 deliverables per Federal
Highway Administration Standards to be used for NEPA determination and subsequent phase 2
engineering. The Illinois Department of Transportation is to assist with Phase 1 engineering and
environmental preparation.
