Project Description: Grand County, Utah is seeking a consultant team with competence in active transportation planning to assist with an update to its Non-Motorized Trails Master Plan (NMTMP). The original plan was last updated in 2011 and primarily focused on recreational trails. Grand County Active Transportation and Trails (GCATT) staff will update the recreation aspect of the plan, while the consultant will spearhead a new active transportation component and compile both aspects of the plan into one synthesized document. The selected firm will work under the direction of GCATT and collaborate closely with staff in the creation of the plan.
