1.0 Scope of Solicitation –
Cypress- Fairbanks ISD (CFISD), pursuant to Texas Government Code 2254.003 and Texas Education Code 44.031(f), issues this Request for Qualifications for Disclosure Counsel Services. The purpose is to retain a firm to act as CFISD’s Disclosure Counsel on all aspects of new District financings, annual financial reporting, and continuing disclosure with respect to existing debt, including conducting a review of previously filed disclosure items. |
