Project Description: Union Public Schools invites Construction Management (CM) firms to submit Statements of Qualifications for an opportunity to provide Construction Management At-Risk services. The District is utilizing this single RFQL solicitation to evaluate and select Construction Mangers for three (3) distinct renovation projects: Boevers Elementary Renovation, High School South Entry Renovation, and/or Luxe Cheer Building Renovation. Physical qualification submittals are to be received at the Education Service Center, 8506 E 61st St., no later than 4:00 pm on the deadline date.
