The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Silvus Technologies Inc.
The requirement is to provide Stream Caster 4200 Radios. The salient characterstics are provided as an attachment.
The NAICS code is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR Part 13, Only one source reasonably available. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTE and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 27 June 2025, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
