Project Description: Grand County, Utah is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of selecting a Municipal Advisor (“MA”) to advise the County on future debt financing requirements, strategic financial planning, and long-range financial planning. The selected MA will work primarily with the County Administrator and the Finance Department.
