The City of Richmond (the “City”) hereby gives notice of its intent to contract with FlowSystems Distribution Inc. (“Flow Systems”), for the supply and delivery of water meters and water meter heads.
The purpose of this Notice of Intent to Contract (NOITC) is to advise that the City intends to award a sole source contract, with an annual estimated value of $400,000.00 to Flow Systems for an initial contract term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms, up to five (5) years total.
