Description

This announcement constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures".





The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. Award will be made based on comparative assessment of proposals received in response to the solicitation.





Please note that all RFP, amendment(s) and/or publicly releasable documentation will reside on Contractact Opportunities section of this website (www.sam.gov). It is recommended that interested offerors check this site frequently for any updates.





The Performance Work Statement (PWS) requires the contractors to provide management and/or technical services in support of IEPRs for its water resource projects consistent with WRDA 2007, WRRDA 2014 and USACE guidance. The contractors will be required to establish a panel of experts to conduct peer reviews for each of the project studies in accordance with the National Academy of Science's policy for selecting committee members, as dictated in WRDA 2007.





In accordance with the Water Resources Development Act of 2007, as amended, awards for this requirement must go to an eligible 501(c)(3) organization.
