Project Description: It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish contracts with qualified vendors to provide hot mix asphalt, cold mix asphalt, and liquid asphalt materials on an as-needed basis for the City of Olathe, Kansas. These materials will be utilized by the City’s Street Maintenance Division for the repair, maintenance, and preservation of City streets, roadways, and related infrastructure.
The City anticipates establishing contracts with one or more qualified vendors to provide the requested asphalt materials in accordance with the specifications and pricing established through this IFB. Materials will be purchased on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term, and the City does not guarantee any minimum quantity or expenditure.
