Summary

Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to install partitions at the ODNR Oil & Gas Salt Fork Office
located at 12003 Natural Resources Road 4, Kimbolton, Ohio 43749 (40.130905, -81.509756). All
materials shall be installed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Contractor’s scope of
work includes:
1. Installing new wall partitions.
2. Install owner provided carpet panels.
3. Remove existing and provide and install new rubber cove base.
4. Install new door, door frame, and hardware.
5. Painting walls and door frame.
All work shall be completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications contained herein.
Contractor shall legally dispose of all material removed from the project. Contractor shall clean job site
upon completion of work.
Bids shall be submitted on the bid schedule for the project. The allowance item is to address any
unforeseen conditions. Any work to be paid from the allowance item shall be approved by the Owner
prior to the Contractor performing the work. Prior to any work being performed onsite, the Contractor
must provide the submittals outlined in the drawings and specifications.
