THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. There is no solicitation available at this time. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice. If a solicitation is later released, it will be synopsized in a location to be determined. It is the potential business concerns responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. This effort is to seek qualified potential sources capable of fulfilling the requirements of Recruiting “Swag Bag” items for give-away.

The Tennessee Army National Guard’s Joint Force Headquarters, located in Nashville, TN, has a potential requirement for a procurement of a variety of items listed on the attached document. Please see the draft purchase description and salient characteristics outlined in attachment 1.

The currently contemplated NAICS code is 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. If you are capable of fulfilling this requirement, please indicate your interest by sending a capability statement via e-mail (only) by no later than 10:00 AM CST on 13 JUNE 2025 to rhonda.m.lien.civ@army.mil .

b. Describe how your current commercial/federal contracts are structured.

3. Please provide a rough order of magnitude/rough pricing estimate that includes the purchase, delivery, and installation off all items listed in the attached purchase description. *THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE! PROVIDE ROUGH ESTIMATES ONLY!*

4. Please identify potential issues, questions, or problems with the rough draft requirement outlined in attachment 1 that may make it difficult to perform or greatly increase the cost of the performance.
