Formal quote must be attached to be deemed responsive. Please list any catalog numbers and state of Ohio contracts that can be associated with this project.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
