SUPPLIER SUBMITTING BID MUST BE ACTIVE ON A CSP900922 CONTRACT (DAS Index No. MAC110) AND MEET ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED IN EVAULATION AND AWARD.

Note: This project will be FEDERALLY FUNDED . Contractors/subcontractors shall comply with additional requirements related to this project being federally funded.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is accepting bids for plugging and plating orphan wells in Athens County. Contractor must attend the pre-bid meeting as noted below. Please review all requirements below and attachments related to sourcing event.

Project Scope of Work:

This project includes mobilization, access and well site development, drilling or cleaning out of and plugging of twenty-three (23) Orphan Well(s), storage and disposal of all materials generated during the plugging of the wells, decommissioning, removal, storage and disposal of all casing, tubing, well and production equipment and affiliated lines and restoration of all areas disturbed during this project.

Evaluation & Contract: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State active on a CSP900922 contract. Supplier must have completed the required pre-bid meeting and be in good standings with all other Division and Agency Projects.

All contractors are responsible for logging into OhioBuys and submitting an offer that is responsive to all Amendments issued. All offers submitted prior to this amendment being issued shall become null/void and not consider in the offer opening.

TO ALL BIDDERS :
1) This amendment shall revise the Offer Sheet to include Site Safety .
2) This amendment shall also revise the date restriction on plan sheet 5 to No work shall take place on this site between Oct. 1st and Nov. 15th. No changes to the quantity sheet were required . Tree cutting date restrictions listed in the Detailed Specifications still apply.
3) The Offer due date will remain unchanged for this project . Offers shall be submitted online through the OhioBuys until 12:00 pm on September 18th, 2025 .
