Georgia Breakbulk Logistics Park

Sealed bids for Georgia Breakbulk Logistics Park owned by Golden Isles Development Authority will be received by the Owner at the offices of Thomas & Hutton 1208 Newcastle Street, Suite 201, Brunswick, GA 31520 until 10:00 AM, January 20, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of the following generally described work: Installation of one full access driveway and one right¿in right¿out driveway including site clearing, grading, and associated infrastructure for a future industrial park. Plans and Specifications are open to inspection at Thomas & Hutton at 1208 Newcastle Street, Suite 201, Brunswick, GA 31520 or may be obtained from Thomas & Hutton¿s Brunswick office upon payment of $100.00 (plus shipping charges as applicable). Digital copies of the plans and specification may be requested by email to smulski.k@tandh.com. The fee is $100.00. The payment is non¿refundable. The bid is advertised on the State Procurement Website. All applicable permits are anticipated to be obtained within 30 days of award of the contract. There are no anticipated rights-of-ways or easements needed to be obtained for the proposed project. A Pre¿Bid Conference will be held on January 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Thomas & Hutton offices located at 1208 Newcastle Street, Suite 201, Brunswick, GA 31520. All prospective bidders are required to attend. Bidder must be a certified GDOT contractor.
