The City of Springfield (Owner) will receive sealed bids from Contractors in the Council Chamber of Springfield City Hall located at 130 S Laurel Street, Springfield, GA 31329. Bids must be physically on the table in the Bid Room by 4 o¿clock p.m., at the time legally prevailing in Springfield, Georgia on Friday January 30, 2026 at 2 p.m. for the construction of ULMER PARK RESTROOMS located at Jefferson Street, Springfield, Georgia 31329. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced.
Bidding documents may be purchased at Clayton Digital Reprographics- Statesboro, Georgia. For technical support contact Jay at Clayton Digital DFS, direct line (912) 681-3700. Once ordered, plans will be shipped (shipping charges collect) as soon as possible after receipt of application, or picked up at the Clayton Digital location listed below.
