Description
The City intends to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of one (1) year. The City has a right to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) optional two (2) year renewal terms, for a total potential term of five (5) years.

Additional information: This posting to replace previous RFP 25-1581 which has been cancelled due to technical issue related to access/ submission in SAP Ariba Discovery.
