Pre-Advertisement Notice for Electronic Legislative Management System (ELMS)

The City of Atlanta will shortly undergo a Prequalification process towards the procurement of a cloud-based Electronic Legislative Management System (ELMS) to replace the City's current agenda management and meeting streaming platform. Interested vendors will submit a 5-to-10-minute video, exclusively in mp4 format, to demonstrate its comprehensive boards and commissions management system, among other requirements which will be defined in the prequalification document. The City's expectation is that the selected vendor will assume responsibility for system implementation, data migration, training, ongoing support, and hosting (if applicable). Vendors capable of delivering a fully integrated, out-of-the-box solution that meets all technical, security, and operational requirements are encouraged to prepare for this upcoming solicitation process. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and then held to provide more details and address questions. Hope to see you there.
