Description
One (1) 2025/2026 Tandem Axle Snow Plow/Sander Truck with Water Tank
Athabasca County is seeking sealed quotations for One (1) 2025/2026 Tandem Axle Snow Plow/ Sander/Water Truck, as per the attached specifications. Quotation documents and specifications are attached.
Sealed quotations will be received until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 3602 - 48th Avenue, Athabasca, AB T9S 1 M8. At which time they will be publicly opened. Quotations received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the quoter unopened. Results will be available within 5 business days after opening. Sealed quotations should be clearly marked "ONE (1) 2025/2026 Tandem Axle Snow Plow/Sander Truck with Water Tank

Athabasca County reserves the right to waive technical defects in the quotes; to reject any quotations which do not conform to the terms and conditions described in the specifications; to reject any and all quotations and again invite quotations; to accept other than the lowest quotation and waive informalities or irregularities in the quotation process.
It is the intent of this specification to provide for the purchase of One (1) 2025/2026 Tandem Axle Snow Plow/Sander Truck with Water Tank, as per the specifications listed.
The award of the quotation, if awarded, will be to the most responsive quotation, utilizing a total cost concept which includes but is not limited to the initial purchase price, guarantees and warranties, service availability, service/reliability, reputation, parts availability and projected future trade in or resale values.
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/06/12.
