Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Special Operations Forces Directorate at Wright-Patt is exploring options to modify MS-177 legacy sensors to MS-177B sensors as part of a joint mission with an Air Force partner.
The AFUSG is currently evaluating ability and data rights needs for this project and are requesting a cost estimate for specified data rights for the legacy MS-177 sensor, MS-177A, and MS-177B and cability to perform.
Specifically, we require a cost estimate for Unlimited Rights for Data. If you offer multiple levels of data rights (ie. Restricted Rights, Government Purpose Rights, Limited Rights), please provide a cost breakdown for each.
