CAROLINE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION AND PARKS
SHARP ROAD PARK PARKING LOT PAVING
RFP# CCDRP2027-01
The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for the paving of the
parking lot at Sharp Road Park. The work under this contract shall consist of providing all labor, materials,
equipment, permits, and clean-up.
The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to:
Preparing the parking lot (grading, etc.)
Paving the parking lot with 9.5mm surface (approx. 25,000 sq ft)
Electronic copies of the RFP, plans and bid forms may be obtained by email request to

https://www.carolinemd.org/bids.aspx. Printed copies of the RFP, plans and bid forms may be obtained from
the Caroline County Department of Finance at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629. Refer to RFP#
CCDRP2027-01.
There will be NO pre-bid meeting. Bidders are responsible for visiting Sharp Road Park located at 320 Sharp
Rd. Denton, MD 21629

Bids must be received in the office of the Caroline County Commissioners, located at 109 Market Street,
Denton, Maryland 21629, ATTENTION: Nicole Pearce, by no later than 9:00 am, 10/08/2026, where they will
be publicly opened and read aloud. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
