TO ALL BIDDERS OF RECORD:
This Addendum consists of (3) pages.
Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by entering its number and date on the Proposal Form. This Addendum forms
a part of the Contract Documents and modifies them as follows:
Items:
1. Date Changes:
RESPONSES DUE BY: April 6, 2026 – 4:30 PM (EST)
2. Price Schedule:
New Price Schedule is attached below. Please use this one for bid submission.
3. Questions and Answers:
1. The RFP says that we are to use “Attachment C: Standard State Provisions for Contracts and Grants” (revision
version dated October 1, 2024); however the link has an updated version of this contract "Attachment C:
Standard State Provisions for Contracts and Grants(2-13-2026 Revised)". Will the State please clarify which
version of this contract they would like for the respondent to use?
Answer: The Attachment C the State will use in dated 2-13-2026, the current version.
2. How does the Department of Buildings and General Services typically handle IT equipment once it has been
decommissioned/retired?
Answer: Per State the hard drives are removed per security policy and then the hard drives and the computers
get destroyed.
3. Is the purchaser looking for a specific configuration for these models?
Answer: No, just in general as there could be many ways to build a particular model.
4. In order to make sure the State of Vermont receives qualified responses, we strongly recommend that you
request from all interested parties:
i.
Total of 2 Letters of Authorization from Apple:
ii.
One (1) Apple Letter of Authorization to Resale Apple Products and,
iii.
One (1) Apple Letter of Authorization to Service and Support Apple devices.
Rev 12.24.25
Answer: Bidder shall submit an Apple Letter of Authorization to Resale Apple Products and, an Apple Letter
of Authorization to Service and Support Apple devices with bid proposal.
5. Page 15 for Price Schedule, we recommend that you replace or remove the field for “iMac Pro”, because
Apple doesn’t longer manufacture that product, you could replace that field with Mac Studio (or remove that
field all together).
Answer: See Price Schedule below.
6. Page 15 for Price Schedule, on the very last line items “Repairs, extended warranties”, will you consider
splitting that into 2 separate line items? One line for Repairs and a separate field for Extended warranties?
Reason for our suggestion is that pricing them separately would better represented real cost and will be more
advantageous for your RFP for pricing to Vermont.
Answer: See Price Schedule below.
7. Please elaborate on what type of services you are looking for, when you write “Services including repair
work” Do you require repair work outside of the device warranties ?
Answer: See Price Schedule below. Repairs outside of warranties.
