Request for Proposal HVAC Services
The Housing Authority of the City of Bristol (BHA) owns and operates eight (8) residential developments with 743 apartments within the City of Bristol. BHA is soliciting sealed bids from qualified State Licensed Heating, Venting and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Contractors to provide day-to-day, on-call emergency, and preventative mechanical services. The goal is to assist BHA in keeping current with its HVAC systems.
