This is Amendment A0001 to IFB Solicitation 36C24225B0038, Project 526-26-102 to Replace Main EMD-Cooling Towers combined projects at the James J. Peters DVA Medical Center, Bronx, NY.
This amendment provides a Revised Bid Pricing sheet to inlcude an added allowance of $200,000.00 that must be included with submitted bid, as well as provides clarificatiions to existing conditions affecting rigging of new EMD generators, and added scope items. Also attached is the site visit sign in sheet from 8/27/2025.
This also confirms that the associated NAICS code for this solicitation is 236220 General Construction
