Solicitation Summary
The City is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive staffing study to evaluate current staffing levels, organizational structure, workload distribution, and operational efficiency across all departments. The goal is to ensure staffing resources are effectively aligned with service demands, strategic priorities, and long-term sustainability.
The City currently budgets for approximately three hundred and forty-five (345) full-time employees under approximately one hundred and sixty-five (165) job titles classified into twenty-three (23) compensation grades as identified in the City’s Personnel Schedule.
The City’s Personnel Ordinance, Personnel Rules and Regulations, and Administrative Policies govern employees. Annual general wage adjustments for employees are tied to the municipal budget and if appropriated are awarded on or about July 1 of each year.
