Redevelopment Plan, Urban Planning & Urban Design Services

The City of Mableton, Georgia, is accepting sealed proposals from qualified multidisciplinary firms to provide Redevelopment Plan, Urban Planning, and Urban Design Services, including all analyses and documentation necessary to support the creation of one or more Tax Allocation Districts (TADs) pursuant to Article IX, Section VII, Paragraph III of the Georgia Constitution and O.C.G.A. § 36-44-1 et seq. The City seeks a comprehensive redevelopment strategy that establishes a clear vision for reinvestment, supports economic development, enhances urban design, and provides the technical, financial, and legal framework required for TAD designation, adoption, and implementation.
