Description
PRESOLICITATION NOTICE
This notice serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for construction Project # 668-25-107 Replace Building 33 Roof, located at the Mann-Grandstaff Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Spokane, WA. Please refer to the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for details. This project is anticipated to be 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 238160, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $19M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Veterans Affairs will issue the solicitation on or about July 14th, 2025, via SAM.gov.
