The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids for AGGREGATES, HOT MIX ASPHALT . This will be a 3-Year Requirements Contract ("RC"), with a 1-year renewal option. The sponsoring Agency is the Department of Transportation ("DOT") .
