Replace existing split AC system, one Mitsubishi Outdoor condenser, Line set and 2 Mitsubishi Indoor Fan Coil Unit. Replacement units don't have to be Mitsubishi but of equal quality. Must have either Remote or thermostat to control unit. Replacement unit shall be a heat pump unit. The outdoor unit is located on the roof, the indoor units are located 2 floors down on the second floor.
