Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a Combined Bid lump sum contract from prequalified bidders are invited for the following work: RRUMC Rooms 2576, 2566, 2560, 2538, & 2526 (ORs 2,4,6,12,16) Lights Replacement (41206-CP1580): Two separate projects (41206-CP1580 RRUMC Rooms 2576, 2566, 2560, 2538, 2526 (ORs 2,4,6,12,16) Lights Replacement and 41745-CP1609 RRUMC Rooms 2574, 2562, 2522, 2526, 2524, and 2510 (ORs 3, 5, 7, 17, 18, 20) Lights Replacement) consists of the replacement of existing, end-of-life surgical lights, monitors and arms with University-furnished equipment located in the operating Rooms 2574, 2562, 2552, 2526, 2524, 2510, 2576, 2566, 2560, 2538, 2526 at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Specifically, the OR rooms shall be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 16, 17, 18, 20. Scope of work includes equipment installation onto existing structure, wall finish and ceiling finish, patch and repair work. Additionally, the scope of the work would shall also include 5 milestones as identified in the project's TIO documents. The order of the milestones listed is not guaranteed and may change as necessary to allow for operations of the hospital. The University will advise on which milestones can be worked on in coordination with the Contractor to complete the work. The University will make every effort to make areas and rooms available to the contractor but the availability of the areas and/or rooms is not guaranteed. Contractor is responsible for any and all required CIRA/ICRA containments throughout the process of the work. The contractor is responsible to work and coordinate all testing and inspections to allow for the rooms to be approved by HCAI for occupancy. Work to be performed on the weekends unless approved by the University Representative. University shall furnish Maquet PowerLED II by Getinge and 27” Surgical monitor by Steris.
