MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, PREVENTITIVE MAINTENANCE AND ON CALL SERVICES, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Bids for Mechanical Services, Preventive Maintenance and on Call Services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, May 29, 2026.  Bids shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 25 Shaw Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address..  Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to HVAC and plumbing building systems preventative maintenance and emergency on-call services for equipment presently owned/operated or later acquired facilities by the City of Annapolis, Maryland.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
