NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Go to thomasville.org or GPR for the complete & unabbreviated Invitation to Bid. Below is an abbreviated version. Sealed bids for the City of Thomasville's E-911/YMCA REGIONAL RETENTION POND project will be received until 10:00 AM local time on April 2, 2026, at the City Engineer¿s Office, 411 W. Jackson St., Thomasville, GA 31792 for public opening. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for request of bids for a period of 60 days. A complete set of plans, specs, & bid documents may be viewed at the City Engineer¿s Office (see address above) and obtained by emailing a request to Engineering.Bids@thomasville.org. Proposals will not be considered by Owner unless Bidder is on record as purchasing & receiving complete Bid Documents. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bonds each for 100% of the Contract amount. Bids must be plainly marked ¿E-911/YMCA REGIONAL RETENTION POND¿ & must be delivered before the time specified. The City of Thomasville, GA reserves the right to reject any & all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, &/or to award the contract in the best interest of the City. CITY OF THOMASVILLE M.
