Project Description: Detecting illegal parking by a stationary solar power camera. Capturing parking violations and send the capture to the City of Albuquerque to review whether the violation(s) warrant a parking citation(s). Once the violation is verified and the citation is approved, the information will be electronically sent to the City of Albuquerque's current enforcement software (Passport). The Passport system will then send the citation to the violator on behalf of the City of Albuquerque. All payments will be processed using the Passport system. The City of Albuquerque should be billed directly from (product company) after the 30 days at a percentage of the original rate of the citation.
