Tender Process - Tenders received by the Town of Shellbrook after 4:00pm, Saskatchewan Time, Friday, April 17th, 2026 will not be considered.Upon closing, the Town of Shellbrook will review all Tenders for completeness and compliance to the requirements of this Tender.The Municipality is not obligated to accept the lowest or any Tender. The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose submission is determined, in the Municipality’s sole discretion, to provide the best overall value based on the scope of work and criteria set out in this Tender.

Scope of Work - Project Goal:To install a new fire alarm system throughout the Richardson Pioneer Centre.

Qualifications - The successful Vendor must be able to meet and prove the following qualifications:Successful Vendors operating or providing services within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Shellbrook must have a valid Town of Shellbrook Business License. The Business License must be issued before operations begin. For more information regarding business licensing, please contact the Town Office @ (306) 747-4900. Must be in good standing with Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB); Must meet all legislated requirements for the Scope of Work being undertaken (i.e. Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, etc.).

The Town of Shellbrook is requesting Vendors to provide pricing for the following: Fire Alarm System Installation standard features included in the pricing. Separate pricing for all optional features listed must be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Tender.

2. Tenders will be received at the Town Office until 4pm, Saskatchewan Time, Monday, April 17th, 2026.
