The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Fort Morgan Municipal Airport Apron Expansion Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on November 25, 2025 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.

Project Work Includes:
a. Construct new aircraft parking apron expansion.
b. Construct new apron taxi lanes.
c. Remove existing tie downs and install new tie downs.
d. Perform all associated drainage modifications.
e. Construct asphalt widening of existing apron.
f. Perform final site restoration.
Proposal Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the proposal of each bidder. Contractor bonding shall also be required. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding

Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Fort Morgan Municipal Airport, 23101 Hwy. 52, Fort Morgan, CO 80701 on November 7, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. A site visit will follow the meeting.
