The City is soliciting proposals from qualified solar photovoltaic (PV) providers to design, furnish, and install a turn-key installation of approximately 35kW DC of rooftop solar PV at the LPCC.
The City is requesting a proposal for one base configuration with optional pricing for system operation and maintenance services for the PV system for 5 years.

WALK-THROUGH
The walk-through is optional. Individuals interested in viewing the vicinity of the work are encouraged to do so during the on-site walk-through held on
November 18, 2025, AT 10:00AM EST
. This will be the only walk-through. Offerors shall assume complete responsibility and liability for any and all visits. Questions relating to this RFP will not be answered during the site walkthrough. Any person who attends the walk-through will need to sign in, in-person, at the time of the walk-through.
